The job of a dragon is to protect a cave, usually that gets filled with gold.
So naturally as Dragon owners, the job is to store gold in your cave and have your dragon protect it. In this case, caves are wallets and gold is ADA.
To begin protecting your gold (ADA), you need to store your gold (ADA) in your cave (wallet) and keep your dragon(s) in the same cave (wallet).
For security reasons, you should never log into any other website with your cave (wallet). As such we recommend keeping your ADA and Dragon Caves in a unique wallet. This wallet should not used for any other purposes.
There are rewards for protecting your dragons and caves.
How Earning Works
- You must hold a minimum of 10 pieces of gold (10 ADA) in the cave. You must have at least one dragon as well. Failure to have both will will require you redo the instructions below.
- Connect your wallet. Find the “begin protecting” button on the dashboard. Click the button to record your cave (wallet). This only needs to be done 1 time. We will continue to watch your wallet for new dragons and new gold (ADA).
- When you begin protecting
- we verify you own a dragon
- we record your cave (wallet address)
- we record all your dragons
- we record how much gold (ADA) you hold
- Every 24 hours, we examine your cave.
- When your gold (ADA) volume has gone down you earn no bonuses for 10 days
- When your gold (ADA) volume has stayed the same or gone up less than 10 pieces of gold (ADA) you earn 0.001 gold (ADA) for each standard dragon you are holding.
- When your gold (ADA) volume has gone up by 10 or more pieces of gold (ADA) you earn 0.005 gold (ADA) for each standard dragon you are holding.
- When you hold rare dragons the earnings are multiplied by 5 for each rare dragon you hold.
- When you hold legendary dragons the earnings are multiplied by 10 for each legendary you one.
- When you own both rare and legendary dragons rare dragons are treated as standard dragons.
Gold Earning Examples
If you have 2 standard dragons, and 20 gold pieces (ADA) in your wallet and your wallet has not changed volume in the past 24 hours you earn:
2 * 0.001 = 0.002 gold pieces (ADA).
If you have 2 standard dragons and 1 rare dragon and you have added 50 pieces of gold (ADA) in the past 24 hours you earn:
2 * 0.005 = 0.01 * (1 * 5) = 0.05 gold pieces (ADA)
If you have 2 standard dragons, 1 rare dragon and 2 legendary dragons and you have added 50 pieces of gold (ADA) in the past 24 hours you earn:
3 * 0.005 = 0.015 * (2 * 10) = 0.30 gold pieces (ADA)
If you have 2 standard dragons, 1 rare dragon and 2 legendary dragons and you have added 50 piece of gold (ADA) in the past 24 hours, but you withdrew 10 pieces of gold 3 days before that you earn:
0 gold pieces (ADA)
The button will not appear on the dashboard until 100 dragons have been claimed.
Gold nor gold pieces are a token, they represent your actual ADA.
